This policy explains how PT. Scripthink Baraka Alfaiz ("Scripthink", "we") processes personal data you provide through scripthink.com, in line with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).
Data we collect
- Consultation and landing page forms: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), company name, number of employees and agents of interest.
- Savings calculator: your email and the numbers you enter (staff, average salary, selected work) to generate the PDF report.
- Newsletter and downloads: email and preferred language.
- Technical data: IP address and user agent for security (spam prevention), and the campaign (UTM) parameters of your visit.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) only if you consent.
Why we process it
- To contact you about your consultation request and prepare a proposal.
- To send the calculator report, downloads or newsletter you asked for.
- To measure website and ad performance (only with cookie consent).
- To protect forms from spam and abuse.
Legal basis
- Your explicit consent via the checkbox on each form; we record the time of consent.
- Legitimate interest in system security (spam prevention).
Storage and retention
- Form data is stored on servers in Indonesia.
- Inactive lead data is deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last interaction.
- PDF reports are stored in cloud storage and their links expire after 7 days.
Who processes the data
- Our server provider in Indonesia (API and database hosting).
- Amazon Web Services (email delivery and file storage).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam verification).
- Google and Meta, only for the analytics and ad cookies you accept. Lead data may be sent in hashed form to the Meta Conversions API to measure ads.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
- Access, correct or request a copy of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
- Decline or change cookie choices via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- Object to the processing of your data.
