Is our company data sent to third-party AI services?
No. The AI model runs locally on a VPS rented in your company's name. Data is stored and processed on that server and is not sent to third-party AI services.
How long until an agent is up and running?
Less than 7 days after the consultation and SOP mapping. Our team keeps supporting and maintaining the agent afterwards.
Do we have to switch software?
No. Agents work from Google Sheets/Excel, Telegram/Slack and a web dashboard. No migration to a new system.
How much does it cost?
There's a one-off setup fee plus a monthly retainer, scoped during the consultation based on your SOPs and number of agents. For a rough picture, try the savings calculator.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
The AI prepares drafts; people approve. No report, message or post goes out without your approval, and every revision is used to tune the agent.
Who maintains the agent once it's live?
The Scripthink team. We support, monitor and adjust the agent when your SOPs or needs change.
Does it work over WhatsApp?
Agents currently connect through Telegram, Slack and a web dashboard.
What company size is it for?
It's designed for SMEs with 10–50 employees. Our current clients are in F&B, distribution/retail and manufacturing.
Who owns the server?
The VPS is rented in your company's own name. We install and maintain the AI model there, but you keep ownership of access.
Does Scripthink still build custom software?
Our main focus is now AI employees for SMEs. For other needs, tell us during the consultation and we'll point you in the right direction.
