Security
Kara runs on a local AI model on a VPS in your company's name. Data is stored and processed on that server and is not sent to third-party AI services.

Yes. Kara drafts KPIs per role from your SOPs and job descriptions, and you revise them before they go live.
Do staff need to install a new app?
No. Staff receive reminders and report through the Telegram or Slack they already use.
Who decides the final score?
You or the direct manager. Kara prepares the data and a draft review to keep it objective; people make the decision.
